3. Marketplace Status

Beytak does not own, lease, rent, operate, control, manage, supervise, maintain, insure, broker, inspect, guarantee, endorse, certify, or provide accommodations.

Beytak is not a hotel, property manager, travel agency, real estate agency, accommodation provider, landlord, tenant, lessor, lessee, tourism operator, security-clearance provider, governmental authority, or licensing authority.

Reservations are made directly between Hosts and Travelers.

Any rental agreement, accommodation agreement, lease agreement, occupancy agreement, security-clearance document, registration document, declaration, waiver, house rules, host document, permit, authorization, or other arrangement exists solely between the Host and Traveler.

Beytak is not a party to such agreements and assumes no responsibility regarding them.

4. No Agency Relationship

Nothing contained in these Terms creates or shall be interpreted as creating:

  • an agency relationship;
  • employment relationship;
  • partnership;
  • joint venture;
  • fiduciary relationship;
  • franchise relationship;
  • management relationship;
  • brokerage relationship; or
  • representative relationship

between Beytak and any User.

Each User acts solely on their own behalf and at their own risk.

Beytak may modify, update, revise, replace, suspend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time.

For material changes, Beytak will provide notice at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or for urgent security or compliance reasons.

Notice may be provided through:

  • email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;

Continued access to or use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

7. Governing Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages.

In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, translation discrepancy, ambiguity, interpretation issue, or difference between language versions, the Arabic version shall prevail and control, in compliance with Law No. 181 of 2018 on Consumer Protection.

8. Platform Modifications

Beytak may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, replace, redesign, update, remove, or introduce any feature, service, function, policy, program, interface, workflow, pricing model, ranking system, verification process, or Platform component at any time without liability.

Users acknowledge that Platform features may evolve over time.

9. AI, Automation, and Algorithmic Systems

Beytak may use automated systems, machine learning systems, artificial intelligence systems, fraud detection systems, moderation systems, ranking systems, recommendation systems, translation systems, content generation systems, pricing systems, security systems, and other automated technologies.

Such systems may influence:

  • search rankings;
  • listing visibility;
  • recommendations;
  • verification processes;
  • fraud reviews;
  • content moderation;
  • translations;
  • descriptions;
  • support operations; and
  • other Platform functions.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or unexpected outcomes.

Beytak does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of automated outputs.

10. No Guarantee

Beytak does not guarantee:

  • reservations;
  • occupancy;
  • revenue;
  • profits;
  • earnings;
  • ranking positions;
  • listing visibility;
  • search placement;
  • booking requests;
  • conversion rates;
  • review volume;
  • traveler demand;
  • verified status;
  • promotional benefits;
  • referral rewards;
  • voucher availability;
  • platform availability; or
  • future platform performance.

All use of the Platform is at the User's own risk.

11. Account Registration and Security

11.1 Account creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including contact details and profile information.

You agree to keep your account information up to date.

11.2 Account security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • all activity occurring under your account; and
  • promptly notifying Beytak of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

Beytak may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe credentials have been compromised or misused.

11.3 One person, one account

Unless expressly authorized by Beytak, you may not create multiple accounts for the same person or entity, impersonate another person, or use another User's account without permission.

11.4 Account verification

Beytak may require identity verification, contact verification, payment verification, listing verification, or other checks before permitting bookings, payouts, listing publication, or other Platform actions.

Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access, cancelled bookings, withheld payouts, or account suspension.

12. Host Obligations

By publishing or managing a Listing, each Host represents, warrants, and agrees that:

12.1 Authority and legality

  • the Host has lawful authority to offer the accommodation;
  • the Listing complies with applicable laws, regulations, permits, registrations, compound rules, building rules, rental restrictions, tax obligations, and local requirements;
  • the Host will obtain and maintain all required permissions, licenses, approvals, and authorizations; and
  • the accommodation may lawfully be offered for short-term or temporary use as advertised.

12.2 Accuracy of listings

Hosts must provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding:

  • property type, location, address, area, compound, and access instructions;
  • capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, amenities, and included facilities;
  • photos, videos, and descriptions;
  • pricing, fees, discounts, minimum nights, and availability;
  • check-in and check-out times;
  • house rules, visitor rules, smoking rules, family-only restrictions, ID requirements, and custom rules;
  • compound fees, security deposits, and any additional charges;
  • safety features and property disclosures; and
  • cancellation policy selection.

Hosts must promptly update Listings when material information changes.

12.3 Availability and calendar

Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate availability calendars and promptly responding to booking requests.

Hosts must not accept bookings they cannot honor.

12.4 Hospitality and conduct

Hosts must:

  • honor confirmed Reservations;
  • provide access to the accommodation as described;
  • maintain reasonable cleanliness, safety, and habitability;
  • communicate promptly and professionally with Travelers;
  • comply with applicable house rules they publish; and
  • resolve reasonable guest issues in good faith.

12.5 Taxes and legal compliance

Hosts are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and governmental charges arising from their use of the Platform and provision of accommodations.

Beytak does not provide tax advice.

12.6 Egyptian regulatory compliance

Where required by applicable Egyptian law, Hosts must:

  • hold all licenses and permits necessary to operate their accommodation activity, including tourism activity licenses where applicable;
  • collect and verify lawful guest identification and supporting documents, including marriage certificates where required by law or compound rules;
  • electronically notify the competent police department and the Ministry of Tourism of guest stays, for Egyptian and foreign guests, where required by law;
  • comply with occupational health and safety requirements issued by competent authorities; and
  • respond to booking requests within twenty-four (24) hours, or within any shorter deadline shown in the Platform.

12.7 Prohibited hosting conduct

Hosts must not:

  • publish fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful Listings;
  • discriminate unlawfully against Travelers;
  • redirect Users off-platform to avoid Platform policies or fees;
  • request payment outside approved Platform payment flows for Reservations made through Beytak;
  • retaliate against Travelers for lawful reviews or complaints; or
  • misuse traveler personal data obtained through the Platform.

13. Traveler Obligations

By using the Platform to search for or book accommodations, each Traveler agrees to:

13.1 Accurate information

Provide accurate booking information, including guest count, identity details where required, and lawful payment methods.

13.2 Compliance with house rules

Comply with all house rules, compound rules, access instructions, check-in procedures, checkout procedures, visitor restrictions, smoking restrictions, ID requirements, and other rules disclosed in the Listing or communicated by the Host.

13.3 Lawful use

Use accommodations lawfully and respectfully, without causing damage, nuisance, unlawful disturbance, unauthorized subletting, unauthorized commercial use, or violation of compound or building regulations.

13.4 Payment obligations

Pay all amounts due at checkout, including room charges, applicable discounts, Vouchers applied in accordance with their terms, and any Security Deposit shown before booking.

13.5 Identity and access requirements

Where a Listing or Host requires identification, security clearance, compound registration, guest registration, or similar procedures, the Traveler is responsible for complying with those requirements.

Beytak is not responsible for denial of entry, compound access refusal, or security procedures imposed by third parties.

13.6 Stay conduct and overstay

A confirmed booking grants the Traveler a temporary license to occupy the accommodation for the booked period only.

Unauthorized overstay may result in additional charges, including up to double the daily rate for each unauthorized day, account restrictions, and reporting to competent authorities where required by law.

13.7 Major issues and refund requests after arrival

If the Traveler experiences a major issue after arrival, such as the property being uninhabitable or materially not as described, the Traveler should report it to Beytak support within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival to request review under Platform refund rules.

13.8 Travel risks and reviews

Travelers assume risks associated with travel and accommodation use.

Reviews must be accurate, relevant, and non-discriminatory.

14. Listings, Content, and Intellectual Property

14.1 User Content

Users may submit, upload, publish, transmit, or generate Content through the Platform.

You retain ownership of Content you lawfully submit, subject to the license granted below.

14.2 License to Beytak

By submitting Content, you grant Beytak a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such Content for operational, marketing, promotional, and Platform-related purposes.

This license survives removal of Content to the extent reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.

14.3 Content standards

You must not upload or publish Content that:

  • is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or unlawful;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • contains malware or harmful code;
  • includes another person's personal data without lawful authority;
  • promotes illegal activity or unsafe conduct; or
  • violates these Terms or applicable law.

14.4 Moderation and removal

Beytak may review, remove, restrict, edit, rank lower, or refuse Content at any time where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or Platform standards.

Beytak has no obligation to monitor all Content.

14.5 Beytak intellectual property

The Platform, brand, logos, software, design, databases, and Beytak-owned Content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Platform or Beytak intellectual property.

15. Verification

15.1 Host identity verification

Beytak may offer or require identity verification for Hosts or Travelers through internal processes or third-party verification providers.

Verification may be required before listing approval, booking confirmation, payout release, or continued Platform access.

15.2 Listing verification

Beytak may review Listings before publication or after publication, and may display verification indicators where internal review criteria are met.

Listing review and approval do not constitute an inspection, certification, endorsement, or guarantee of safety, legality, quality, or accuracy.

15.3 Limitations of verification

Any Verified Badge, approval status, review status, or verification indicator reflects Platform processes at a specific point in time only.

Verification may lapse, be revoked, or become outdated.

Users must not misrepresent verification status or rely on verification as a substitute for their own due diligence.

16. Booking Process

16.1 Search and inquiry

Travelers may search Listings, view details, communicate with Hosts, and submit booking requests through the Platform.

Displayed prices, availability, and policies are based on information provided by Hosts and Platform systems at the time of display.

16.2 Booking requests

Unless otherwise stated, submitting a booking request does not create a confirmed Reservation.

A Reservation becomes confirmed only when the Host accepts the request and payment is successfully captured in accordance with Platform payment rules.

16.3 Host response window

Hosts should respond to pending booking requests within the timeframe shown in the Platform.

If a Host does not accept, decline, or otherwise resolve a request within the applicable response window, or if the check-in date passes without a response, the request may automatically expire.

When a request expires or is declined before acceptance, any payment authorization hold is released and no charge is made.

16.4 Booking changes

Changes to dates, guest count, pricing, or other booking terms require Host and Traveler agreement and may be subject to Platform tools, policies, and payment adjustments.

Beytak is not obligated to permit changes outside Platform workflows.

16.5 Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by the Listing's cancellation policy, the timing of cancellation, the party initiating cancellation, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy incorporated under Section 18.

17. Payments

17.1 Payment processor

Beytak uses approved third-party payment processors, including Paymob, to process card authorizations, captures, refunds, and related payment operations.

By making a payment, you authorize Beytak and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for amounts due.

17.2 Authorization holds

When you submit a booking request, Beytak may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the full checkout amount, including the room total and any Security Deposit shown at checkout.

You are generally not charged until the Host accepts the booking and the authorization is captured.

17.3 Confirmed booking charges

When a booking is confirmed, your payment method is charged for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable discounts, Vouchers, room charges, and any Security Deposit.

17.4 Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices and charges are displayed and processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

17.5 Failed or reversed payments

Beytak may cancel or reverse bookings where payment authorization, capture, refund, or payout fails, is disputed, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.

17.6 Off-platform payments and circumvention

Users must not redirect, solicit, or complete Reservation payments or side agreements off the Platform with Users they met through the Platform.

Users must not use the Platform to circumvent Platform fees, verification, booking, or payment systems.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from creating future accounts.

Beytak is not responsible for payments made off-platform.

17.7 Service fees and commissions

Beytak may impose, modify, or update service fees, commissions, or payment-related charges after providing Users with prior notice of at least thirty (30) days, unless a shorter period is required by law or for urgent operational reasons.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated fees constitutes acceptance of those changes.

17.8 Foreign currency and bank charges

If payment is made or processed in a currency other than EGP, bank conversion fees or foreign exchange charges imposed by banks, card issuers, or payment partners may apply.

Beytak is not responsible for refunding third-party bank or conversion fees.

18. Cancellations, Refunds, and Security Deposits

18.1 Cancellation and Refund Policy incorporated by reference

Cancellations, refunds, Security Deposits, payment authorization holds, voucher reversals, and related payment mechanics are governed by Beytak's Cancellation and Refund Policy (the "Refund Policy").

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with Beytak. The current version is published on the Platform, including on the refund policy page, and may be updated from time to time.

By agreeing to these Terms, registering for an account, or making a Reservation, you also agree to the Refund Policy in effect at the relevant time. You do not need a separate sign-up consent checkbox for the Refund Policy where it is incorporated through these Terms.

If there is a conflict regarding refund or cancellation mechanics (including percentages, timing, deposits, and processing fees), the Refund Policy governs. If there is a conflict regarding broader contractual rights or obligations, these Terms govern, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18.2 Summary of key principles

The following summary does not replace the Refund Policy:

  • Each Listing's cancellation policy is shown before you book and determines the Traveler's room refund percentage for pre-check-in cancellations of confirmed bookings. If none is specified, Standard applies.
  • The full Security Deposit is always refunded to the Traveler when a confirmed booking is cancelled before check-in, regardless of the room refund percentage.
  • If a Host cancels a confirmed booking before check-in, the Traveler receives a 100% refund of amounts paid. Processing fees are not deducted from the Traveler's refund.
  • For Traveler-initiated cancellations where a room refund is due, the applicable payment processing fee in effect at cancellation may be deducted from the room refund only, as disclosed in the Platform.
  • No charge is made when a pending request is declined, expires, or is cancelled before Host acceptance; any authorization hold is released.
  • Major stay issues after arrival may be reported to Beytak support within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival for review under the Refund Policy.
  • Security deposits, deposit claims, host deposit fees, and post-checkout deposit handling are governed by the Refund Policy.

18.3 Pre-booking disclosure

In compliance with applicable consumer protection standards, including Law No. 181 of 2018, material cancellation, pricing, and refund information is provided in clear Arabic (and in English where made available) before booking, including in the Listing, checkout flow, and trip details.

18.4 Full refund rules

For complete rules—including Standard, Flexible, and Super Flexible policy windows, refund timing, deposit holds and claims, processing fees, chargebacks, pricing errors, and support procedures—see the Cancellation and Refund Policy on the Platform.

19. Vouchers, Referrals, and Promotions

19.1 Promotional programs

Beytak may offer Vouchers, referral rewards, promotional credits, campaign benefits, or other incentives from time to time.

Each promotion is subject to its own eligibility rules, expiry dates, usage limits, minimum spend requirements, listing restrictions, and other conditions displayed at the time of offer.

19.2 No cash value

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vouchers and promotional credits:

  • have no cash value;
  • are non-transferable;
  • may not be sold or exchanged; and
  • may expire or be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of promotion terms.

19.3 Program changes

Beytak may modify, suspend, or terminate promotional programs at any time.

Beytak does not guarantee continued availability of any Voucher, referral reward, or promotional benefit.

19.4 Abuse

Beytak may cancel Vouchers, reverse discounts, withhold benefits, or suspend accounts involved in promotion abuse, self-referral schemes, duplicate accounts, fraudulent bookings, or circumvention of promotion rules.

20. Messaging, Communications, and Support

20.1 Platform communications

Beytak may contact Users by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, in-app message, phone, or other channels regarding bookings, account activity, verification, security, legal notices, and support.

20.2 User-to-user messaging

The Platform may enable messaging between Hosts, Travelers, and Beytak support.

Users must communicate lawfully and respectfully and must not use Platform messaging to harass others, share unlawful content, send spam, or attempt to move transactions off-platform.

20.3 Monitoring

Beytak may monitor, store, review, or process communications where permitted by law and Platform policies for support, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

20.4 Support

Beytak may provide support regarding Platform functionality, booking status, payment processing, and deposit claims.

Support does not make Beytak a party to the underlying accommodation arrangement.

21. Reviews and Ratings

21.1 Review system

After completed stays, Beytak may invite Hosts and Travelers to submit reviews and ratings.

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on actual experience.

21.2 Prohibited review conduct

Users must not submit false, retaliatory, incentivized, manipulated, or defamatory reviews, or attempt to coerce review outcomes.

21.3 Moderation

Beytak may remove, hide, restrict, or decline to display reviews that violate Platform policies or applicable law.

21.4 No guarantee of publication

Beytak does not guarantee that any review will remain published indefinitely or appear in any particular format or ranking position.

22. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform to:

  • violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
  • publish false, misleading, or fraudulent Listings or bookings;
  • engage in discrimination prohibited by applicable law;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • upload malware or attempt to disrupt Platform security;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy Platform data except as expressly permitted;
  • circumvent fees, verification, booking, or payment systems;
  • create fake accounts, fake bookings, or fake reviews;
  • stalk, threaten, abuse, or harass others;
  • use the Platform for unlawful short-term rental operations; or
  • assist any other person in doing any of the above.

Beytak may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

23. Suspension and Termination

23.1 By User

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account closure subject to outstanding bookings, payouts, disputes, legal obligations, and record retention requirements.

23.2 By Beytak

Beytak may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform, remove Content, cancel bookings, withhold payouts, or revoke verification where we reasonably believe:

  • these Terms have been violated;
  • fraud, risk, or unlawful conduct exists;
  • required verification was not completed;
  • payment disputes or chargebacks occurred;
  • Platform security or integrity is threatened; or
  • suspension is required by law or payment partners.

23.3 Effect of termination

Termination does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations, cancellation consequences, indemnities, confidentiality duties, and dispute provisions.

24. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
  • Beytak disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
  • Beytak does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation;
  • Beytak does not warrant the conduct, identity, qualifications, legality, safety, quality, or performance of any User, Listing, Host, Traveler, or third party; and
  • any material downloaded or obtained through the Platform is accessed at your own risk.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating accommodations, locations, house rules, compound requirements, and suitability for their needs.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Beytak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  • Beytak shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, bookings, or business opportunities;
  • Beytak shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, theft, disputes, access denial, service interruptions, payment delays, or acts or omissions of Hosts, Travelers, compounds, payment processors, or other third parties; and
  • Beytak's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
    • the total Platform service fees actually paid by you to Beytak in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
    • EGP 5,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

26. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beytak and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Platform;
  • your Content;
  • your Listings, bookings, or accommodations;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of law or third-party rights; or
  • any dispute between you and another User.

27. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

27.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

27.2 User disputes

Disputes relating to accommodations, property condition, access, house rules, damages, or stay experience are primarily between the Host and Traveler.

Beytak may, but is not obligated to, assist with dispute facilitation or support review.

27.3 Pre-arbitration negotiation

Before initiating court proceedings against Beytak, you agree to a sixty (60) day informal negotiation period.

During this period, you must send a formal "Notice of Dispute" by certified email or other traceable written method to the contact details in Section 31, describing the claim in sufficient detail.

Legal proceedings against Beytak may not be initiated until this negotiation period has expired, except where urgent injunctive relief is required by law.

27.4 Individual proceedings only

All legal proceedings against Beytak shall be conducted only on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, representative, or consolidated action against Beytak to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

27.5 Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, courts located in Cairo, Egypt shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

28. Force Majeure

Beytak is not liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet or utility failures, labor disputes, pandemics, payment network outages, or third-party service interruptions.

29. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Beytak Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

30. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy incorporated under Section 18, and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beytak regarding the Platform.

30.2 Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

30.3 No waiver

Failure by Beytak to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Beytak's prior written consent.

Beytak may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

30.5 Survival

All use of the Platform is at the User's own risk.

11. Account Registration and Security

11.1 Account creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including contact details and profile information.

You agree to keep your account information up to date.

11.2 Account security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • the Host has lawful authority to offer the accommodation;
  • the Listing complies with applicable laws, regulations, permits, registrations, compound rules, building rules, rental restrictions, tax obligations, and local requirements;
  • the Host will obtain and maintain all required permissions, licenses, approvals, and authorizations; and
  • the accommodation may lawfully be offered for short-term or temporary use as advertised.

12.2 Accuracy of listings

Hosts must provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding:

  • property type, location, address, area, compound, and access instructions;
  • capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, amenities, and included facilities;
  • photos, videos, and descriptions;
  • pricing, fees, discounts, minimum nights, and availability;
  • check-in and check-out times;
  • house rules, visitor rules, smoking rules, family-only restrictions, ID requirements, and custom rules;
  • compound fees, security deposits, and any additional charges;
  • safety features and property disclosures; and
  • cancellation policy selection.

Hosts must promptly update Listings when material information changes.

12.3 Availability and calendar

Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate availability calendars and promptly responding to booking requests.

Hosts must not accept bookings they cannot honor.

12.4 Hospitality and conduct

Hosts must:

  • honor confirmed Reservations;
  • provide access to the accommodation as described;
  • maintain reasonable cleanliness, safety, and habitability;
  • communicate promptly and professionally with Travelers;

  • hold all licenses and permits necessary to operate their accommodation activity, including tourism activity licenses where applicable;
  • collect and verify lawful guest identification and supporting documents, including marriage certificates where required by law or compound rules;
  • electronically notify the competent police department and the Ministry of Tourism of guest stays, for Egyptian and foreign guests, where required by law;
  • comply with occupational health and safety requirements issued by competent authorities; and
  • respond to booking requests within twenty-four (24) hours, or within any shorter deadline shown in the Platform.

12.7 Prohibited hosting conduct

Hosts must not:

  • publish fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful Listings;
  • discriminate unlawfully against Travelers;
  • redirect Users off-platform to avoid Platform policies or fees;
  • request payment outside approved Platform payment flows for Reservations made through Beytak;

  • is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or unlawful;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • contains malware or harmful code;
  • includes another person's personal data without lawful authority;

  • have no cash value;
  • are non-transferable;

  • violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
  • publish false, misleading, or fraudulent Listings or bookings;

  • create fake accounts, fake bookings, or fake reviews;

23.2 By Beytak

Beytak may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform, remove Content, cancel bookings, withhold payouts, or revoke verification where we reasonably believe:

  • these Terms have been violated;
  • fraud, risk, or unlawful conduct exists;
  • required verification was not completed;
  • payment disputes or chargebacks occurred;

  • the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
  • Beytak disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
  • Beytak does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation;

Users are solely responsible for evaluating accommodations, locations, house rules, compound requirements, and suitability for their needs.

  • your use of the Platform;
  • your Content;
  • your Listings, bookings, or accommodations;
  • your breach of these Terms;

During this period, you must send a formal "Notice of Dispute" by certified email or other traceable written method to the contact details in Section 31, describing the claim in sufficient detail.

Beytak may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

30.5 Survival
